How do I create a new email account?

1. In your web browser type http://mail.yourdomain.xyz, where yourdomain is the the name of your domain. Alternatively, you can use mailXX.safesecureweb.com, where XX is the number of your mail server. This information was provided in your setup email.

2. You should now be at the login page. In the field labeled 'Email Address', enter root@yourdomain.com. In the field labeled 'Password', enter your root domain password that was provided in your setup email.

3. Now that you are logged in you should see a drop down menu that says 'Options and Styles'. Click on that and scroll down until you see 'Admin Options' (highlighted in red) and click on the first option 'User Administration.'

4. This should open another window. Click the 'Add' button. Enter the name you want for the email account in the 'UserID' field. Enter a first and last name if you wish. Now enter a password in the 'Password' field and re-enter that password in the 'Confirm Password' field. Hit Save and you've created an email account. Good work!

***NOTE*** If another window is not opening after selecting 'User Administration', make sure you have any pop up blockers disabled.
