I've been pondering upgrading my laptop to a Tablet PC (convertable).

Anyone have any experience with Tablet PC's, specificly the Toshiba M200 series? These are available in 1.6-2.0 GHz models with the M205 retail ones (Best Buy etc) being the older Centrino's and the ones ordered from Toshiba directly being the newwer Dolthan based Centrinos with twice the amount of cache. I was considering getting a machine with 2 GHz CPU, smallest drive and lowest RAM (Upgrade those 3rd party).

Anyone have experience with these particular models or other tablet based PC's, preferably a convertable design.
