WOW... i don't recall all that. That was wayyyy before my time. I graduated high school in 1998 (wait... that's starting to be a long time now *sigh*)

My first was a Packard Bell 75mhz, 8MB ram, 525MB HDD, Win95 original, 14" monitor.

I've only been in this industry for 3 years now (professionally) and I love programming. However, I don't like PC programming... it's a totally different beast that web dev. I've found my sweet spot w/ ASP.NET(VB) and ASP.NET(C#). I can do either, but I tend to lean towards VB just because im alittle more at home w/ the syntax. I don't like PHP... at all... and ASP(VBS) leaves alot to be desired.

Man... *thinks*

i wouldnt really make anything in word and transfer it to the web.
remember we went over this along time ago?

word, like every ms program embeds hidded chars into it and will cause u nightmares when u leave fp.

again, in dreamweaver its very easily done.

i wouldnt count on the vml becoming a standard, **** ms cant even get png's to run in their browser

Nah, not really. Sound like you did tho, little kids make Christmas Christmas. But not since I was one have I liked it. I'm a bah-humbug kinda guy. I Usually don't like New Years Eve either but probably for only the 3rd time in twenty years, I did go out last night. I walked to the local pub (within easy walking distance)... and had a good time. Most all were married couples though which is usually the case there (one of these night I'm gonna get myself in trouble!!). One good-looking female (young, but married) invited me to go with her (alone) up into the mountains this coming week (to get spiritual, she says).

Advice anyone? Should I:

1. Say no, that I'm happily singular bachelor? Sad
2. Say yes, but wear a bullet-proof vest? Very Happy
3. Go, but stick with just getting spiritual? Crying or Very sad
4. Not go, and then regret it forever? Shocked
