Very nice!!! It was pretty much useless before- not much you could do... you said in your post you could administer FTP users, although when I try, it says I don't have permission...

I apologize for the problems you are experiencing. I was wondering, are you logging in with your superuser login and password? If you are, just let me know your domain id and I'll check into it for you. Thanks!
