Anyone have any success, or know of a method for encrypting e-mails using PHP using the tools available on a Linux Builder account?

I'm trying to setup a site for a client where they can receive secure e-mails and decrypt them upon receiving them. I was thinking of using GnuPGP but it doesn't seem available on the shared accounts...

Any thoughts from the community?
