Are there any Windows Server Management Script that are built on CF.. I havent found anything yet.. I am currently building something similar to Ensim Control Panel. If someone knows of a CF Based one, please shout!

You are looking at running cfexecute and VB scripts to do this. .NET is actually you're best bet to do this because your app will be more secure and you will have the most flexibility.
CF is built on top of Java, so it doesn't really integrate at all with the Windows .NET framework.
