HostMySite recently selected AboveNet as an additional Internet provider for our network. They will be providing a gigabit fiber optic link to our new datacenter. Construction of the new fiber optic facilities has been underway for about a month and should be completed early next week.

We are pleased to have a great parnter like AboveNet providing an additional 1000 megabits of quality Internet bandwidth to our customers. We are always working on adding more providers to our network to deliver the best possible service for our customers. Stay tuned!

Just thinking...

I live a couple miles from the new datacenter, and they are tearing up the road at the entrance to the industrial park.

It's just kind of cool to drive down the road with a friend and when they say, "I wonder what they're doing here?", I can actually answer that question.

Wait a minute... Is hostMySite actually CEO'd by a 16 year old or is that an avatar of his kid?
Well anyway, always nice to have a little extra bandwidth at my back.

LOL!!! Both the CEO and CTO of the company are 27 or 28. They're both very young. That's Lou Honick, CEO. The first time I met him I was wondering who he was lol Wink
