Streaming Solution?

So what are u guys out there using for Streaming? I have looked to the HTTP streaming however our target device does not support that and we need a solution that will support RTSP and 3gpp? any ideas?

A possible solution is Darwin Streaming Server (http://developer.apple.com/opensource/server/streaming)? Has only one setup a Darwin Streaming Server within a VPS plan?

any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
