Is SVN supported on Linux Builder accounts? If so, do I need to put in a support ticket to create a repository or can I do that myself? I saw an earlier post that it was supported on the Rails Beta accounts.

Yep, it's supported for all Linux Builder and Builder+ accounts. If you need a repository setup, just send us the name of your app. We'll set up the repository in:
/vservers/yourusername/svn/app

and setup so it can be accessed through the web. Also let us know if you want any password protection on it
