Ok, if you read the sick PC thread you know I had to reformat my drive to deal with major corruption issues. That's done, and now I'm resetting everything. Something that I can't figure out yet though is my browser scroll is REALLY slow and choppy now. I checked Advanced Internet prefs and found that Smooth Scrolling is enabled, so that doesn't seem to be the problem. Ideas?

Get a new HD and do it all over again...you may still have a sick drive - and also make sure that any data that you copied off of that rdrive is actually in tact and didn't propogate it's errors onto a new drive. It doesn't usually happen in todays drives, but you CAN actually copy errors from one drive to another and not even know it.

I had a smiliar problem with my browser..Everytime I scrolled, it would do like a vertical top to bottom wipe to refresh the screen.
I turns out my video card drivers were wrong. Once I installed the right ones, it worked like a charm.

Yup, that was it - I forgot that I wasn't using the onboard video card for this workstation. Once I installed the right one it was cool. Thanks!
