Here is how to create a SmarterMail filter that will prevent delivery of the new Mytob.db virus: 1. Login to your mail account at http://mail.domain.xyz (login as root@ if you want to set this filter for the entire domain) 2. Click on Settings->My Content Filtering (Domain Content Filtering if you want this to work for all of your users) 3. Click on Add Filter 4. Expand the Contains Specific Words or Phrases section and check Subject, then click NEXT. 5. Click "OR" at the top of the screen and under Criteria Details add the following: Once you have completed the form in the attached file , your account records will not be interrupted and will continue as normal. The original message has been included as an attachment. We regret to inform you that your account has been suspended due to the violation of our site policy, more info is attached. We attached some important information regarding your account. Please read the attached document and follow it's instructures. 6. Click NEXT and give the rule a name, then choose the action you want it to take (we recommend either DELETE or MOVE TO JUNK FOLDER) and then click on SAVE. |
