HostMySite has just added a Google Sitemap tool to the Control Panel!

This tool gives you a direct, easy-to-use method for site submission to Google. To keep your website listing current in Google's search results, submit and upload your sitemap with this new tool. Within minutes, you will have created a sitemap in Google's required format. Save it to your root directory, submit it, and Google will refresh search results based on the last modification made to files.

To get started, log into the Control Panel and click Google Sitemap. Follow the directions, submit, and you are all set!

This isn't on my windows VPS control panel. Is this still being supported?

The Google Sitemap feature is available for a single domain. Since you have a VPS plan, the Control Panel cannot interact with your virtual server to see which domain to associate the sitemap with. Therefore, the option isn’t in your Control Panel.

However, getting your website crawled by Google isn’t hard. Here’s a link to read up on how to do the same thing right through Google/: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/docs/en/about.html
